2 SOCIAL LICENSE TO OPERATE

Brand reputation is the leading compelling factor in employment and consumer choice.

3 meet shareholder & Investor demand

Companies that don’t have any ESG activity are increasingly viewed as not geared (sustainable) for the long term.

4 ACTUAL SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS MODELS

ESG initiatives can help improve an organisations financial performance by reducing energy bills, operating costs, materials and other expenses.

5 support rEPORTING & COMPLIANCE

ASRS mandatory reporting is not required by many organisations to disclose and report on ESG initiatives, sustainability and governance.

6 LEAVE A LEGACY

How organisations and events include impact into their operations is legacy mindset.

It starts with understanding how you do things and assessing can they be better across your environmental footprint, your social impact (people and community) and with transparency so that everyone; employees, partners, the public are clear on where you stand.

where do you start?

what is the Process?

1. Bring together the key people who would give focus to sustainability in the organisation
2. Assess together your risks and opportunities
3. Establish the baseline of where you are today and your north star
4. Write the plan down and do something about it.

It doesn’t happen overnight. It takes time for organisations to shift to sustainable operations and have the right data to measure this.

The important step is… to start.

  • Sustainability is the balance between the environment, equity and economy.

Defined by UN Brundtland Commission as
“Meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs”

  • "Meg helped us immensely in designing and implementing a sustainability strategy within our complex and diverse network.

Applying principles of design thinking, she broke our ask into an actionable plan which allowed her to dive deep into the role that sustainability plays in the businesses of individual network participants. Her insights inspired new goals on our roadmap, and have had a huge impact in driving the broader project's success. Throughout, Meg was organized, on-point, and fantastic to work with.”

who

MEG  DENNIS

Raised on a farm in Eastern Australia, I developed an early understanding of the fragile balance between livelihood and the unpredictability of weather. This upbringing sparked a deep curiosity about the planet and a passion for tackling complex, unpredictable challenges.

My career spans roles as a founder, program manager, CX designer, and innovation strategy consultant. When I discovered Design Thinking my personality and career aligned. With the freedom to be empathetic, curious and an original thinker, outcomes became more impactful by designing for people and their relationship with their environment.

Leveraging a hands-on consulting approach that combines research, design, experimentation, and AI, I support individuals and organisations in crystallising ideas and driving impactful transformation.
